“He went on to make films for the BBC’s Holiday Programme and, for the past 30 years, has presented daily radio programmes on a variety of BBC and commercial stations including two long stints on London talk station LBC. Currently, he presents weekday afternoons on BBC Radio Berkshire, and has a Sunday lunchtime show that goes out on both BBC Radio Oxford and Berkshire.
“Bill has broadcast countless hours devoted to food. He has cooked live on Open House with Gloria Hunniford on Channel 5 Television, and on the Carlton Food Network. He has been a member of the prestigious Guild of Food Writers for the past 20 years ago, is a Come Dine With Me winner, and has reviewed over 100 London restaurants for the website viewlondon.co.uk”
